James Rowe

James established New River Corporate Finance in 2009. He has a background in banking and financial modelling. Between 1997 and 2007 James worked in National Australia Bank's London-based Structured Finance division and from 2005 was Global Head of Structured Finance, running teams based in New York, London, Sydney and Auckland. In 2007, James founded Nu Numbers, a project finance modelling consultancy. James was previously at New Boston Partners Limited, part of the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi Group, and Mercer, the actuarial firm. He has degrees in Mathematics and Economics.
Philip Deeks
Partner, New River Corporate Finance LLP
Philip established New River Corporate Finance in 2009. He has held a variety of senior positions in the City. Philip was most recently a Managing Director at National Australia Bank in London as part of the Corporate Finance management team overseeing Project Finance, Asset Finance, Leveraged Finance, Syndications, Securitisation and Structured Finance. He was previously at the former Standard Chartered Merchant Bank and at the German Bank, WestLB. Philip qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and holds a degree in French and German from Exeter University.
Andrew Coull

Prior to forming Melville, Andrew was an Executive Director in Global Capital Markets with Morgan Stanley in London. At Morgan Stanley, Andrew led the origination, execution and management of a range of structured finance transactions in Europe, the United States and South Africa. He previously worked in Debt Advisory with Quayle Munro where he advised private and public sector clients on debt funding and hedging, and in Structured Capital Markets with Barclays Capital in London and New York. Andrew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments.
Andy Low
Partner, Melville Financial Partners LLP
Andy qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in Edinburgh in 1997. He then joined Morgan Stanley in London where he spent 10 years in a variety of roles in the Fixed Income and Global Capital Markets divisions. At Morgan Stanley, Andy developed a specialism in structuring and executing complex financing transactions for European and North American financial institutions.
