Introduction
New River Corporate Finance LLP is an independent corporate finance business, advising on transactions in the UK and internationally.
Our clients operate in three sectors: Energy & Infrastructure (including Renewable Energy); Technology, Media and Telecoms; and Finance.
We believe in the need to truly understand a client’s business; we take a rigorous and disciplined approach to what we do; we understand that discretion is important to our clients. We are owned and managed by our partners.
The firm was named, in part, with reference to the New River, constructed in England between 1602 and 1613 to bring fresh water to London’s rapidly growing population. The New River was one of England’s first public/private partnerships and still provides fresh water to London today, four hundred years after its construction.
